saute diced pepper tops and onions with ground meat (beef & pork)

seasonings

mix sauteed meat, peppers & onions with rice, seasonings, 2 eggs & small can of tomato sauce



fill peppers, arrange in deep pot, add sliced mushrooms to pot

pour large can of crushed tomatoes on top

bake for 1 hour

voila... ready to eat.
